We are seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our customer success team. Customer success managers play a key role, providing organizational and technical guidance to our customers. At DataChat we are building a groundbreaking analytics platform that users interact with using precise natural language to perform a full stack of data science functions. The role provides an opportunity to establish and grow your career in the highly desired field of data science.


As a customer success manager you will be responsible for working with a wide range of stakeholders to complete data science workflows to solve real world problems. This will include working with pre-sales, data scientists, and customers to define business problems and solve them using the DataChat platform.


Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to work directly with clients and coordinate large projects. Candidates should have some technical background with an emphasis on data science skills including data querying and cleaning, data visualization, machine learning, and python scripting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving data problems to make a real world impact.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage existing customers proactively to assist with projects.
  • Train new users and provide updates when new features are released.
  • Document customer feedback and feature requests.
  • Develop and improve processes for customer support and training.

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science
  • Some experience in programming (e.g. Capstone in CS)
  • 3+ years of experience working with technical enterprise customers
